We are pretty lucky to have a tree cutter connection. He comes across all kinds of fruit and hardwoods. He will sell you a 5 gallon bucket already cut into smoking sized cubes. It kills me to go to a big box store and pluck down 10 bucks for a bag of wood scraps.
ReplyDeleteI only use the big box store wood when desperate. My favorite is Fruita. I just don't have a tree cutter connection.
